1. I am available to show you property 6 days a week, at a time that fits into your busy day.
2. I will set up all showings and answer any questions you may have. We will also run a computer search to find you the perfect home. If we cannot find that home today, we will investigate all the new homes listed every morning until we find that home. We will also be calling you once a week to update you on the market even if nothing new has come up. We feel that it is very important that we keep in contact with you. We're here for you and your honest feedback is a gift. It allows us to continue our quest for perfection in customer satisfaction.
3. When you are ready to look at property, please call to schedule a time. Please try to call at least 24 hours ahead of time so that we can give the sellers ample notice of showing.
4. Peter Cameron is my preferred mortgage consultant; he can be reached at 571-237-6178. He will provide you competitive interest rates, quick loan approval, and, of course, the best in customer service. Of course you may use anyone you want, but I have worked with Peter since 1989 and he has always done an outstanding job for me.
5. Let us do ALL the work for you! Call if you see any homes in magazines or while out driving that you'd like to see. Call even if your neighbor's home is for sale and you want to buy it. We will research the homes for you and set up showings.
6. We know and continually search the market. We will show you 3 to 5 homes that fit your criteria. If the homes that we show do not fit your needs, we will work with you to better define you needs in a new home so that we may efficiently and effectively serve you and get your needs met.
7. If you should visit open houses or new home sales offices, please let them know that we are representing you. If you should register at such places, please indicate the above on the registration form by including our office name next to yours.
